A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, ,the full balance due 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Email reminders will be sent. If a guest fails to pay their balance by the due date the booking may be cancelled and the deposit retained. Payment in full is required if booking within the 8 week period. 

Cancellation or changes to your booking: Once the holiday is formally booked you have entered into a binding contract. If you must cancel for any reason then no refund of the deposit will be made, and after 8 weeks there will be no refund of the full balance. For this reason, we advise that holiday insurance, which includes a cancellation protection plan, should be taken out to cover all guests at the time of booking.

Cancellations should be notified in writing immediately (email is acceptable). We will endeavour to re-let the property and if this is successful we will allow guests to transfer to an alternative date where possible. A £20 admin charge may be applied where expenses have been incurred.

Should circumstances arise beyond our control, where Moorview is made unavailable on the dates you have booked, all payments made in advance will be refunded in full.

Should the need arise for emergency maintenance, guests must allow access to the bungalow when reasonable notice will be given.

The person who makes the booking is responsible for:-

  • Ensuring that all guests are made aware of our booking terms and conditions including the terms regarding Dog Guests, Recycling and our Non-Smoking policy found on ‘Things you need to know’
  • Providing the names of all guests staying at Moorview.
  • Advising if you will be bringing a dog, extra charges will apply and you must also agree to the terms for dog guests.

  No more than the number of persons stated on the booking form can stay at the bungalow unless by prior agreement. An extra charge may be applicable.
