Dog Guests – Please ensure the garden is cleared daily otherwise our gardener will refuse to cut the grass. Please place dog waste in the dog waste bin at the top of the road outside the park. You will find more information for dog guests in our IMPORTANT INFORMATION GUIDE.
Salcombe Recycling – The council in Salcombe are extremely strict regarding recycling and we ask that our guests comply with the instructions which are on display to the left of the washing machine in the conservatory.
On arrival you will find some fresh milk, with some tea bags and coffee pods to get you started. We also provide some kitchen basics of salt, pepper, ketchup, oil, washing liquid etc.
Please familiarise yourself with our IMPORTANT INFORMATION GUIDE which will be emailed on payment of your balance.
The bungalow will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and departure is by 10am latest.
We request that the bungalow is left tidy and in a clean condition. Should there be any breakages or damage during your stay, or anything you think we should know about, please advise us before you leave. You will notice that we have chosen not to ask for a security deposit and would rather depend on the integrity of our visitors to inform us, prior to leaving, of any mishaps during their stay.
