Please remember that we have a NO SMOKING policy at Moorview.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on booking, the full balance due 8-weeks prior to the arrival date.  Payment in full is required if booking within the 8-week period. Please provide the names of all the visitors.

After receipt of your final payment we will email your confirmation and a copy of our Moorview Helpful Hints – our visitors have said that they found this very useful (there is also a copy in the bungalow).

In the event of a cancellation we will only be able to refund your payment (less the deposit) if we have been able to re-let the property. For this reason, it is always advisable to take out holiday insurance at the time of booking.  See our booking terms

If you need to change your dates we will endeavour to accommodate you. Should circumstances arise beyond our control, where the bungalow is made unavailable on the dates you have booked, all payments made in advance will be refunded in full.

We request that the bungalow is left tidy and in a clean condition. Should there be any breakages or damage during your stay, or anything you think we should know about, please advise us before you leave.  You will notice that we have chosen not to ask for a security deposit and would rather depend on the integrity of our visitors to inform us, prior to leaving, of any mishaps during their stay.

The bungalow will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and departure is by 10am latest.

All reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the information contained in Moorview publicity is accurate. If this is not so, and you feel we should change something, please advise us.
